We assist Board of Directors with establishing and/or updating their architectural guidelines for the community. Covenant inspections are performed periodically to ensure that residents continue to comply with these guidelines and that the exterior modification process is properly streamlined and completed in accordance with the approval of the Board, Architectural Committee and the associations rules.
